I Liked the location, the service was very good, the staff was very helpful, but the hotel itself is shabby and defenetly not 5 stars.

Its position; the sea view rooms' outlook;

excessive charges for internet; very poor outlook for non sea view rooms; large influx of a certain nationality that does not bode well for the hotel; Rooms not very well cleaned;

Beautiful hotel. Luxury property. Dancing in the evening to live music on the terrace...it doesn't get better than that!

ロープウェイ乗り場が目の前にあり、各ツアーの集合場所も近かったので便利。シービューの部屋は広い上、大きなテラスもあり、見晴らしが良かった。プライベートビーチがあるのも良かった。

朝食は毎日同じメニュー。レストランは、高額なのに美味しくなかった。タオルミーナの町へは毎回ロープウェイで行かなければならない。

Лучший отель мирового уровня, наверное самый лучший в Таормине.. Если Вы можете себе позволить его оплатить. Но он того стоит. В этом месте за эти деньги.

Понравилось все. Дорого, правда. Во Флориде дешевле. Но это Сицилия...

Las camas no son c+omodas, pienso que para la categoría de hotel deben de cambiarlas a ser m+as confortables

La location è super!

All'arrivo in macchina è stato difficile trovare qualcuno che ci aiutasse per i bagagli...Anche quando uscivamo nessun inserviente ci aiutava a sorreggere il passeggino, anche se guardavano ed erano vicini a noi... Inoltre sconsiglio di prendere la camera senza vista mare: un incubo! I motori dei climatizzatori accanto alle finestre, un rumore insopportabile non solo la notte...senza parlare del panorama... E' strano perchè solitamente soggiorniamo meravigliati in strutture Platinum, ma stavolta siamo rimasti delusi.

It was extremelly expensive and I don't recomend IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!.The service was horrible. The rooms are extremelly small and besides the beach, I had a very bad time with the agressive actitude of the personal in the hotel. it was my worst experience in terms of hotels in my complete life and I do travel all around the world. Be carefull!!!: It doesn't worth it!!!
